Refund policy

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for class sessions or personal training. All clients are eligible for a free trial class before purchasing a class session or personal training package in order to determine whether these services will suit your needs and preferences.

If you miss a class, you're welcome to attend any regularly scheduled class during the same session that you're registered for. We do not carry classes over into future sessions. We do not prorate the price of future sessions based on missed classes in previous sessions.

Exceptions
In the case of illness or injury, please contact us to discuss putting your current session or personal training package on hold. In the case of illness or injury, we will transfer your current session or personal training package to future session once you're recovered and cleared for exercise.
