Hi, I'm Justine.

I'm a personal trainer and yoga teacher, based in Toronto, Canada.

I help women who are over-functioning and overwhelmed create the time and space for movement so that they can feel good first.

When we make feeling good our priority [physically + mentally + emotionally] we can face the world with clarity and calm.

You deserve to create the time and space for movement. Taking care of ourselves is a necessity. It's only when we make feeling good a priority that we can approach our lives with a clear head and open heart.

After working with Justine in the pre-pandemic era, this past September I decided that I would try her online classes with the hope of achieving a stronger and healthier body. Since then, I have been attending Justine’s zoom strength classes three times a week. These early morning workouts have changed my life in so many ways. At 50 years old, I have lost weight and inches and at the same time have built muscle and both physical and mental endurance. In fact, these workouts have impacted my mental health as much as physical. I feel like I’m going through perimenopause stronger than I’ve ever been and with tools to cope with hormonal fluctuations.  Justine, thank you so much for being you and doing what you do!

I was hesitant to join a zoom class at first but I pushed off exercise for too long and I decided to give it a shot - it’s too cold out to think about going to a class even when gyms are open! Justine’s morning class is a great start to my day - I still have time to get in a workout before getting the kids ready for school and my work day begins. Justine overcomes the limitations of zoom provides individualized pointers or recommendations either during sessions or as a follow-up. For a beginner like me, I really appreciate that. I first connected with Justine while I was dealing with an ongoing low back/disc issue.  I have never been an “exercise” person, but I knew I needed to find the right trainer to work with my injury, and teach me how to get stronger safely. Justine immediately understood that I was afraid to move. She really worked to find movements that felt good for me. Her caring and support helped me to believe in myself and I embraced her approach fully!  She created a solid base of stretching and strength training to improve my mobility, and then layered in regular progressions as I got stronger. The result is my back continues to improve and I feel great. I also love that Justine was open to working with both Trevor and I together!  We enjoy motivating each other and it’s helpful to have a workout partner at home.  I completely trust Justine and look forward to our sessions.
