If you're sick of feeling low energy, uncomfortable in your body and confused about what to do next, this program will give you the tools that you need to feel energetic, lean, strong and confident in your skin. If you're experiencing creeping weight gain and feeling moody in midlife Feel Good Method will give you the strategies and accountability to optimize your health and wellness, improve your mood, mindfulness and energy in perimenopause and beyond.
There is NO magic to this process: Focusing on action over outcomes is the game changer and paired with accountablity you are set for success. If you think that you can't do this, I promise that you are wrong. Customized, monthly nutrition and movement planning to fit your lifesyle and schedule, paired with accountability and support from Justine will have you feeling confident and comfortable in your skin again.
- Habit based goal setting to help with nutrition and movement goals will help you dial in your progress and results.
- Goals are customized to your needs and range from: increasing protein intake, to increasing your daily movement, improving sleep hygiene and stress management, eating anti-inflammatory foods, focusing on hydration, increasing fiber intake.
- Bi-weeky 1:1 zoom check-ins (20-30 minutes, twice per month)
- Weekly email check-ins
- How it works: We start by scheduling an initial Zoom meeting where we discuss your goals, preferences, needs and schedule. This is also an opportunity for you to decide if this is a good fit for you.
- Your Commitment: This program is a minimum of twelve weeks with the option to extend for 4-week intervals. You will be billed on the start date and two additional times at the start of week 4 and week 8.

We all covet a little bit of “me time”; that time we spend just for us, filling up our cups and recharging. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, my workouts with Justine are more than about the rejuvenation that comes from exercise, it is about logging on early, chatting and checking in with everyone and then, as a community, moving through the workout together, silently supporting one another - never having met in person, but connected by our desire to show up for ourselves.
I was hesitant to join a zoom class at first but I pushed off exercise for too long and I decided to give it a shot - it’s too cold out to think about going to a class even when gyms are open! Justine’s morning class is a great start to my day - I still have time to get in a workout before getting the kids ready for school and my work day begins. Justine overcomes the limitations of zoom provides individualized pointers or recommendations either during sessions or as a follow-up. For a beginner like me, I really appreciate that. Giving myself those 30 minutes to listen to my body and focus my attention on my needs is a game-changer! After only 3 weeks of the class, I already see my strength picking up!
Justine is a great trainer! I've been with Justine for a few years and she's a wonderful person to be around. She really cares about the women who attend her classes. I have been working out with Justine for about six years. She has coached me through pregnancies, post-partum, surgeries, recoveries, fibromyalgia, and chronic pain.
