This program is for the woman who is commited to her health and wellness and is ready for real change.
If you're sick of feeling low energy, uncomfortable in your body and confused about what to do next in perimenopause, this program will give you the tools that you need to feel energetic, lean, strong and confident in your skin. If you're experiencing creeping weight gain and feeling moody in midlife Feel Good Method will give you the strategies and accountability to optimize your health and wellness, improve your mood, mindfulness and energy in perimenopause and beyond.
There is NO magic to this process: Focusing on action over outcomes is the game changer and paired with accountablity you are set for success. If you think that you can't do this, I promise that you are wrong. Customized, monthly nutrition and movement planning to fit your lifesyle and schedule, paired with accountability and support from Justine will have you feeling confident and comfortable in your skin again.
How It Works
We start by scheduling an initial Zoom meeting where we discuss your goals, preferences, needs and schedule. This is also an opportunity for you to decide if this is a good fit for you.
Goals are customized to your needs to help you see and feel the progress and get results. Modules include: Prioritizing Protein, Understanding Energy Balance, Fiber + Gut Health, Smart Carbs, Hunger + Fullness, Healthy Fats, Sleep + Stress Management, Optimal Movement Strategies, Rethinking your Drinks.
We will meet every other week on zoom for a 1:1 coaching call (30-40 minutes, twice per month, 12 times during the program.
Progress check-ins at 4-week intervals with measurable parameters to keep you accountable to your goals.
