Tell us about your morning routine: My morning self-care routine consists of getting outside for a walk and gratitude. Getting outside for a walk is a non negotiable for me, it helps me start my day feeling grounded and ready for whatever may come my way! If I feel like I need an energy boost I listen to music, if I want to be inspired I listen to a podcast and if I need some quiet time, I listen to the sounds around me. I have a running gratitude list in the notes section of my phone. Each day I type in the date and a minimum of three things I'm grateful for. This allows me to start the day positive and abundant headspace.

What's your favourite nourishing breakfast? I strongly advocate for breakfast and ensure mine includes protein, healthy fats, and plant-based fiber. My breakfast choices vary, but some favorites are chia pudding with coconut and blueberries, a green protein smoothie, or avocado toast topped with arugula and sunny-side-up eggs.

What's your feel-good beverage of choice? My feel-good beverage of choice is warm lemon water on an empty stomach. This energizing beverage ensures hydration, aids in digestion, has a cleansing affect on the body and is an excellent vitamin C boost.

Name one of your favourite personal development books that you always go back to: I absolutely love books! I always have two on the go, one for personal development and one for pure pleasure. One of the first personal development books I ever read was "The Four Agreements" By Don Miguel Ruiz. It will always have a place in my bookshelf.

What does your weekly movement routine look like? Movement for me is key for both mental and physical health. I aim to move my body every single day in some shape or form. In addition to my morning walks, I absolutely love attending hot pilates classes. I can also be found having a mid afternoon dance party to shift my energy! Try it, I know you'll love it.

When it comes to mindset, are there any mantras that you live by? The number one mindset mantra I live by is 'baby steps lead to big changes'. I regularly share this mantra with my clients, believing it counters the all-or-nothing mentality that can be challenging to overcome. When it comes to implementing health and wellness habits every little bit of goodness counts. Consistently incorporating small changes ultimately results in major, long-term lifestyle improvements.
